Limited Lifetime Replacement Warranty - is offered on every computer memory module that Bison Component sells. Bison Components will replace or fix a defective memory module due to any manufacture defect. Bison Components is not responsible for damage caused by user negligence (i.e. dropping modules, incorrect installation, etc.) or "Acts of God" (i.e. natural disasters, fire, earthquake, etc.). International Payment Options - For all international End Users (consumers that buy retail) wire transfer before shipping is the only current payment option. For Corporate customers with the appropriate bank and trade information Corporate Credit Cards or Purchase Orders may be accepted. Shipping Information - Bison Components ships all packages via UPS or Fed Ex. Shipping charges are calculated automatically by zip code corresponding to UPS or Fed Ex rate charts. Orders over $1700.00 may be charged insurance if customer does not posses a freight binder. Customers will be notified if any additional freight charges are to be incurred. All packages are shipped in sturdy boxes with padding on the inside to protect the memory. To prohibit damage from electrostatic emission all memory modules are shipped in anti-static bags (anti-static memory trays may be used on some large quantity orders ). In general orders are prepared the business day received and are shipped the following day. (Declined or invalid Credit Cards or incorrect shipping information may delay shipping on orders.) Returns -Bison Components memory products may be returned no longer then 30 days after purchase. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
